If you buy a package and then decide after taking some classes that you don’t want to continue, you can get refunded for the remainder, but the price you would be charged would be according to the rate of the membership directly below the amount of time you were coached. For example, if you buy the 16-hours package for 3x3 1-on-1 coaching (implying an initial payment of $1200 (8600¥)) but quit after 12, you would be refunded as if you used the 8-hour membership’s rate ($80 (580¥)/h), for a price of $80 (580¥) * 12 hours = $960 (6960¥). Therefore, you would receive $1200 - $960 = $240 (8600¥ - 6960¥ = 1640¥) after quitting as a refund.
